Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Simply add items to your cart and proceed through checkout. International shipping rates will be displayed before you are asked for payment information.

What methods of payment do you accept?

You may pay with your paypal account or pay with your credit or debit card. Paypal allows you to pay with a major credit card without signing up for a paypal account. You may also send a check or money order to the address provided in checkout. Checks are subject to a two week waiting period.

Do you offer wholesale prices?

Some products are manufactured exclusively by and these products may be purchased wholesale. To access wholesale pricing first create an account and then use our contact form to request your account become activated as a wholesale account. Once your account is activated by staff you will be able to view special pricing. Please inquire only if you operate a equine related business and can provide a copy of your Tax ID number or EIN.

What method of shipping do you use?

In the United States & Canada we ship via USPS by default. Customers may also select UPS shipping. At our discretion we occasionally ship large orders via UPS.

International carriers vary.

Is rush shipping available?

Rush shipping is available on most items. Out of stock and/or custom items may not be shipped with an expedited shipping method. To choose rush shipping, proceed through checkout and when presented with shipping options, click the UPS tab and select an appropriate shipping method.

Production and Shipping Time

Approximately 50% of the products on our website are products that are custom made to your specifications. We try to be very clear in the product description of each of these items how long the item will take to be completed and shipped- but we know that when you find the perfect item at the perfect price, it's easy to get excited and not read every word of a product's description!

Before emailing us to check on the status of an order (occasionally, this actually slows down shipping as we're pulled away from shipping to give updates or have to interrupt the manufacturing process to get a status report) please refer to your emailed order confirmation or, if you created an account, log in and view your order and check product descriptions for estimate production time. If you only paid one shipping charge but ordered both custom and non custom items, your order will be held until it can ship complete.

Return & Exchange Policy

You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Please be sure to clearly mark "RMA-< your order number >" somewhere on the OUTSIDE of the package for faster processing and include a note inside specifying your return request (exchange, refund, etc) and reason (defective, didn't fit, etc).

Exchanges for a different item are processed for only the cost of a second shipment ($5) and a payment of any price difference between the product ordered and the product exchanging for, but returns may be charged a restocking fee up to 20%. EXCHANGES CANNOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT A SHIPPING FEE OF $5. This MUST be included as check or cash or your exchange will be treated as a return and charged a restocking fee. Returns of soiled or used items may be charged a cleaning fee of up to 60%.

NO EXCEPTIONS: all sales on custom items are final- however, if your order included in stock, non custom color, non-custom size items, a return can be accepted provided that:

  • Items show no signs of wear or use.
  • Items do not include personal items (treats, brushes that have touched a horse, etc)
  • Items were delivered less than 30 days ago.

Returns and exchanges may require up to 3 weeks for processing; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Do you have a catalog?

No. The money we save by not printing a catalog helps keep prices down.

What size should I order?

When possible, size charts are included in the product description. It may be helpful to measure the item (halter, pad, blanket, etc) that you are replacing and order based on those measurements. View Triple E Measurements.

Do you donate to rescues or sponsor riders?

Definitely! But due to the volume of requests we can only help a few each year.

Sponsored Riders - Only existing customers with a purchase history with will be considered for sponsorship. Riders on ponies, rare breeds, and/or rescue horses will be given first priority. Contact Us for more info.

Rescue Donations - Due to shipping costs, most of our assistance is given to local rescues. We do, however, offer low or no profit discount rates to qualifying rescues. Contact Us and be sure to mention the specific items you need for more info.
