Missouri Foxtrotters have a gait called the foxtrot. Some Standardbreds pace instead of trot. Some Bashkir Curlies and Appaloosas have a gait referred to as a &quot;shuffle&quot;<\/p>\n<p>Gaited horses are popular with many trailer riders and riders with back problems.
