You can make your own bluing conditioner for a white horse mane by adding 1 tablespoon Mrs. Stewart&#8217;s Bluing (in the laundry aisle) to a bottle of Eqyss Rehydrant Spray, or a bottle of Infusium Leave in Conditioner.
